Admissibilité / population desservie: | Children and youth 19 years and younger, and youth 19-21 years who remain in high school and live in Windsor and Essex County | ||
Procédé et formulaires: | Completion of referral form required * accepts referral from families, therapists, educators, and other professionals * medical referral required if client is new to the centre | ||
