Description of Services: Assessment of face-to-face and written communication skills of children and youth * provides equipment and/or recommendations to client * services provided by speech language pathologists, occupational therapists, communication disorders assistants, and technologists * consultation and support provided to caregivers, primary therapists, and community schools as needed * registered vendor with the Assistive Devices Program (ADP)

Fees: Set fee * funding may be available through private insurance or ADP
Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Children and youth 19 years and younger, and youth 19-21 years who remain in high school and live in Windsor and Essex County
Application: Completion of referral form required * accepts referral from families, therapists, educators, and other professionals * medical referral required if client is new to the centre
