Eligibility - Population(s) Served: | Ontario residents with a valid OHIP number who have been diagnosed as having a cleft lip and/or palate, a craniofacial anomaly, or other severe dental dysfunction * must have sufficient residual craniofacial growth necessary to obtain full potential benefit from a single course of treatment | ||
